Delivery and Pickup:
- The couple is responsible for the delivery of rental items on their arrival day and must place them in Room 403 (wedding storage room).
- All items must be picked up from Room 403 the morning after the wedding. Chalet View Lodge will not be responsible for items left beyond this time.
Candle Vessels:
- A charge of $1.00 per candle vessel will be applied for the setup and removal of candle vessels provided by guests or their vendors (there is no charge for placing wax in CVL rental vessels).
- This charge is exclusively for the labor involved in the placement and subsequent removal of the candle vessels.
- Please note, this fee does not include the cleaning of the candle vessels. Guests are responsible for ensuring all candle vessels are clean and meet our safety standards.
- We recommend Yummi Candles for wax candles.
Glassware:
- A charge of $1.00 per glass will be applied for the setup and removal of glassware brought in from outside sources.
- This fee encompasses the handling and placement of glassware as requested.
- The fee does not cover the washing or cleaning of the glassware. The couple or outside vendor must ensure that all glassware is clean for use upon delivery and take responsibility for its post-event cleaning.
Neon Signs:
- A fee of $50.00 per sign (standard size 24" x 24") will be applied for securing and providing electrical setup for Neon Signs. Signs larger than 24" x 24" will require a custom quote.
- This fee includes the support and labor required for the safe installation and electrical connection of each sign.
Release of Liability:
- Chalet View Lodge is not liable for any damages to rental items during their delivery, storage, setup, event usage, or removal.
- The couple assumes full responsibility for the safety and integrity of the items throughout their time on the premises.
- Rental items cannot be shipped to the lodge prior to the wedding. All items must be brought in by the couple or their designated representatives on the specified arrival day.
- All outside rental items require prior approval from lodge management.
- Additional charges will be added to the reception rental invoice.
Per the terms of our Inclusive Wedding Package Agreement:
Hours & Schedule: The Event must be scheduled within the following guidelines: The day prior to the event, third party rental and personal items may be delivered to The Lodge between the hours of 12:00 PM and 9:00 PM. No vendors, third party rentals or other items may begin set up or arrive prior to this time. Any early access must be approved by The Lodge. The Lodge staff is not responsible for the receipt of any third party event-related materials not ordered by The Lodge. Clients have access to event areas starting at 7:00 AM on the event day. Clients and vendors may access to event areas on the property between the hours of 7:00 AM and 1:00 PM the day following the event. The Lodge is not responsible for any third party rentals or personal items left the past conclusion of the event.
