- Each carafe includes paper cups, lids, sleeves, sweeteners, half-and-half, non-dairy creamer, teas, and hot water.

Ordering Procedures:
- All orders must be placed via the RW system.
- Communicate orders through the #starbucks-orders channel on Slack and tag Mel for processing.
- Orders need to be documented in the master timeline to ensure proper scheduling and billing.

- The latest permissible time for coffee drop-off at events is 9:30 PM to ensure compliance with venue policies and event schedules.

Amendments and Cancellations:
- Any changes or cancellations must be communicated no later than 24 hours prior to the event to avoid charges.
