We understand that items may occasionally be left behind after your stay. Our Lost and Found Policy is designed to assist in the recovery and return of your belongings:
- Reporting Lost Items: If you believe you have left an item behind, please report it as soon as possible to increase the likelihood of recovery.
- Claim Process: To claim a lost item, visit our dedicated Lost and Found portal: Claim Your Item. You will need to provide details about the item and your stay to help us identify and return your belongings.
- Item Retrieval: Once your item is identified, we will discuss retrieval options with you, including shipping arrangements. Please note that shipping costs will be the responsibility of the guest.
- Storage Period: Unclaimed items will be held for a period of 30 days. After this period, items may be donated to charity or disposed of, depending on their nature and condition.
