Seasonal Tent Placement Policy

Our Inclusive Wedding Package includes the provision of one 40’ x 80’ Clear Vinyl Tent accompanied by two Forced Air Heaters, ensuring comfort and elegance for your special day.

Seasonal Tent Placement Guidelines:

• Beginning of the Season through May 31st:

  • The tent must be positioned on the All-Weather Site, accommodating seasonal weather conditions and ensuring optimal guest experience.

  • The location of the ceremony is dependent on weather and grass conditions, with the final determination at the venue's discretion.

• June 1st through September 30th:

  • During this peak season period, tent placement is exclusively allowed on Hole #6. To facilitate seamless planning, a minimum 14-day advance notice is required for tent usage during this timeframe.

  • It is important to note that the tent can create a greenhouse effect, potentially dramatically increasing temperatures during the warmer summer months. This can present a serious health concern. Consequently, the use of the tent remains at the discretion of Chalet View Lodge. Decisions regarding tent usage will prioritize the safety and comfort of all guests.

  • The location of the ceremony is dependent on weather and grass conditions, with the final determination at the venue's discretion.

• October 1st through End of the Season:

  • The tent returns to being situated on the All-Weather Site, aligning with the changing seasonal dynamics.

  • The location of the ceremony is dependent on weather and grass conditions, with the final determination at the venue's discretion.

Tent Location Determination:

• Chalet View Lodge retains the right to make the final decision regarding the tent’s placement. This decision is based on a multitude of factors, including but not limited to, seasonal weather patterns, ground conditions, and event logistics, ensuring the safety and satisfaction of our guests.

Restriction on Outside Tents:

• To maintain a consistent standard of quality and aesthetics, no outside tents are permitted on the premises. Our provided tents are specifically designed to complement the natural beauty and infrastructure of Chalet View Lodge, ensuring a harmonious and elegant setting for your event.
