Outside Food and Beverage – Chalet View Lodge

Selection of Approved Caterers for Ancillary Events:

Chalet View Lodge mandates the use of approved caterers for all ancillary event catering services, including but not limited to rehearsal dinners, welcome parties, and farewell brunches. A list of approved caterers is available upon request.
Approved caterers are required to operate with complete self-sufficiency, providing all necessary culinary and service equipment. This includes cookware, kitchenware, chafing dishes, sternos, ice, garbage liners, and appropriate shelter such as pop-up tents.

Venue Allocation and Resort Buyout Requirement:

Exclusive use of Chalet View Lodge common areas for private events, such as hole #6, the gravel lot, or the all-weather site, is contingent upon a complete resort buyout.
In the absence of a resort buyout, private events are confined to Villa #2 and the designated Event Room to ensure minimal disruption to other guests.

Kitchen Equipment Usage Policy:

Due to stringent liability insurance requirements, the use of Chalet View Lodge’s kitchen equipment is strictly limited to Chalet View Lodge culinary staff and CVL-Approved Caterers. Unauthorized use of this equipment is prohibited.

Exclusive Catering Services for Wedding Receptions:

Chalet View Lodge is pleased to partner exclusively with Blend and Liberty as the sole catering service providers for Wedding Receptions hosted at our venue.

Designated Bar Service Providers for Wedding Receptions:

For Wedding Receptions, bar services are exclusively provided by Petite Street and The Bar Collective, ensuring a high standard of service and guest satisfaction.

Required Bussing Service

For events hosted in common areas of our venue, an ancillary service fee of $250 is applicable. This fee covers bussing services for a duration of 4 hours to ensure the space remains clean and functional for all guests. Should you require additional service beyond the initial 4 hours, a charge of $50 per hour will be applied.
