- The brewery regular hours are 4 pm to 8 pm daily. On wedding days, hours are from 12 pm to the Ceremony Start time (previously decided by the couple).
- Any extension of the 4 hour time window is subject to a $300/hour fee applies and must be prepaid and collected in Aisle Planner at least 30 days prior to the event. Extended hours must be concurrent (e.g. there can not be a gap of time between when the brewery closes and opens later in the day).
- Due to County Health Code, we are unable to allow outside food to be prepared or served at the brewery. However, we can accommodate an open tab (18% auto gratuity applies, if necessary a time limit or dollar amount must be determined prior).
- Due to limited capacity if it is anticipated that more than 20 guests will be ordering food or beverages from the brewery at any given time, it is recommended to hire an outside food/bar service.
- No outside alcohol or food of any kind is permitted in the brewery, or on the brewery deck.
- Indoor capacity is limited to 40 persons.
