Description:
The Private Lounge provides an exclusive space for couples during their wedding weekend. This rental includes:
- Furniture set-up suitable for relaxation and gathering.
- Clothing rack and professional steamer for attire preparation.
- Small Bluetooth speaker for personal music playback.
- Food and Beverage Accessories:
- Beverage refrigerator.
- Keurig machine with K-Cups, cream, and sugar.
- Disposable hot cups.
- Water dispenser (filled with ice on the morning of the wedding).
- Disposable cold cups.
- Twelve small melamine plates.
- Twelve roll-ups, each including a silver dinner fork, silver knife, and standard restaurant napkin.
- Twelve champagne flutes.
- One toaster.
General Policies:
- Billing: All charges for the Private Lounge are processed through RW Elephant.
- Access and Timing: The couple may access The Lounge by 4 PM on the day before their wedding. All personal items must be removed no later than 1 PM the day after the wedding.
- Liability: Chalet View Lodge is not responsible for the security or condition of any items stored in The Lounge at any time.
