Damages:

Client shall be responsible for any and all damages and/or losses to the premises or others during the Event, which are caused by the Client or any of the Client’s employees, agents, guests, or other persons attending the Event, excepting normal wear and tear for similar events.

Chalet View Lodge does not assume any responsibility for and is not liable for any damages to or losses of any merchandise, samples, equipment or any goods or personal property exhibited, displayed or left on premise prior to or following the Event.

The Lodge does not assume any responsibility for personal injury to the Client, Client’s employees, agents, guests, or other persons attending the Event.
Excessive Clean Up:
- Client shall be responsible for all costs related to the clean up of unnecessary or extraordinary messes including but not limited to any florals, excessive trash, broken glass, vomit, spilled alcohol and other liquids, or extra restroom cleanup from the client’s guests’ lack of personal responsibility or hygiene.
- Excessive Cleaning Fee will be charged at a rate of $250/hr with a 1 hour minimum.
Prohibited Items:
Chalet View Lodge reserves the right to update this list at any time. The list of prohibited items includes but is not limited to:
- Confetti:
- Non-biodegradable confetti and rice are prohibited
- "Biodegradable" rice paper is prohibited
- Ideal forms of confetti are leaves and flower petals
- Nails, screws, tape:
- Nails, screws, tape or other forms of permanent or semi-permanent hangings are prohibited on any Chalet View Lodge structure or furniture
Per the terms of our Inclusive Wedding Package Agreement:
Hours & Schedule: The Event must be scheduled within the following guidelines: The day prior to the event, third party rental and personal items may be delivered to The Lodge between the hours of 12:00 PM and 9:00 PM. No vendors, third party rentals or other items may begin set up or arrive prior to this time. Any early access must be approved by The Lodge. The Lodge staff is not responsible for the receipt of any third party event-related materials not ordered by The Lodge. Clients have access to event areas starting at 7:00 AM on the event day. Clients and vendors may access to event areas on the property between the hours of 7:00 AM and 1:00 PM the day following the event. The Lodge is not responsible for any third party rentals or personal items left the past conclusion of the event.
