Welcome bags/gifts must be delivered to the front desk as early as possible before 4 pm
Welcome bags/gifts must either all be the same, or organized by room number (not guest name)
Welcome bags/gifts must be handed out at check in
Welcome bags/gifts cannot be staged in rooms
It is the couple's responsibility to distribute welcome bags to any guest(s) who checked in prior to the delivery of welcome bags to the front desk to be handed out
