Fridays:
- A minimum reservation of 48 rooms is required for exclusivity on Fridays. Couples who reserve 48 or more rooms in their group block will be granted exclusivity.
- Alternatively, couples have the option to pay for up to 48 rooms to achieve exclusivity. Any remaining unreserved rooms for Friday night will not incur additional charges.
Tuesdays:
- A minimum reservation of 35 rooms is required for exclusivity on Tuesdays. Couples who reserve 35 or more rooms in their group block will be granted exclusivity.
- Similarly, couples can opt to pay for up to 35 rooms to receive exclusivity. The remaining unreserved rooms for Tuesday night will not be charged.
Event Hosting in Public and Private Areas:
- On “ancillary event days” (days other than the wedding day), hosting events in public spaces (e.g., gravel lot, hole #6, all-weather site, pool or pool terrace, lobby or lobby terrace) requires a resort buyout as per the aforementioned room reservation requirements.
- Without a resort buyout, events must be confined to private spaces such as the Event Center (maximum of 60 guests seated or 100 guests standing) or Villa #2, provided Villa #2 is reserved (maximum exterior capacity of 150 guests).
- In compliance with ABC licensing regulations, events cannot be hosted in the brewery or the pool terrace.
Communication and Reservation Procedure:
- 60 days prior to the event, the Director of Sales will provide the couple with a detailed rooming list and a breakdown of unreserved rooms.
- At this juncture, the couple will be presented with the opportunity to secure a resort buyout for Tuesday or Friday to maintain exclusivity and the privilege of hosting events in public areas.
Reserved Rooms for Upcoming Weekend Weddings:
- The following rooms will be specifically reserved for the upcoming weekend wedding’s group block on Thursdays and Sundays: Villa #2, Villa #1, and Room 309.
